Extraordinary cancellation of the mySports subscription
An extraordinary cancellation of the mySports subscription is possible, but has financial consequences. Here is what applies in this case and how to cancel mySports the ordinary way.
Ordinary cancellation in your customer account
ℹ Ordinary cancellation
You can do the ordinary cancellation of mySports yourself in your customer account at my.teleboy.ch/service/tv. The monthly subscription (with the Teleboy TV subscription) can be cancelled at the end of the month. The annual subscription has a minimum term of 12 months, then one month's notice to the end of the month.
Extraordinary cancellation
⚠ Important
In the event of an extraordinary cancellation, all outstanding claims until the end of the minimum term or the next possible ordinary cancellation date become immediately due.
