Can I take my number with me to Teleboy Mobile?

Yes, you can transfer your mobile number to Teleboy Mobile. This process is called number porting.

Important information about porting

⚠ Important

Porting can be requested a maximum of 12 months before the switch. It must be specified when ordering – porting is not possible afterwards. Do not cancel your subscription with your previous provider beforehand, otherwise the number can no longer be ported.

Order with porting

1Order subscription with porting

Order your Teleboy Mobile subscription at https://www.teleboy.ch/mobile and request the porting of your number. The activation fee is CHF 49.– once only.

2Receive SIM card

You will receive your Teleboy Mobile SIM card by post, before your subscription is activated.

For subscription numbers

If your subscription with your previous provider has expired, we can request the transfer immediately. If it is still running, you can wait until the minimum contract period expires, or request an early termination (costs may apply from your previous provider).

For prepaid numbers

1Send SMS "YES" to 499

Insert the SIM card from your previous provider in a smartphone and confirm the porting by sending "YES" via SMS to 499.

⚠ Credit forfeited

Any existing credit will be forfeited at the time of the transfer.

✓ Done!

Your number will be ported to Teleboy Mobile.
