How can I cancel Teleboy landline?
If you wish to cancel your Teleboy landline subscription, you will find all the important information about the minimum term and the notice periods here.
Cancellation periods & minimum term
- Teleboy landline has no minimum term and can be canceled at any time.
- The notice period is 60 days to the end of the month (according to Teleboy's terms and conditions).
- If the Internet subscription is canceled, the landline subscription ends automatically at the same time.
This means:
- You can cancel your landline subscription at any time at no additional cost as long as your Internet subscription remains in place.
- If you cancel your internet subscription, a minimum contract period of 12 months applies.
- Example: As a new customer, you can already terminate your landline subscription after half a year without additional fees – however, the internet subscription remains in place until the minimum term has been reached.
How can I cancel my landline subscription?
You can easily cancel your Teleboy landline subscription in the following ways:

- Select your landline subscription and follow the cancellation steps.
- By email:
- Send a cancellation with your customer number to support@teleboy.ch.
- Using our contact form:
- Use our contact form to submit your cancellation quickly and easily.
What happens after the cancellation?
- Your landline will remain active until the last day of the cancellation month.
- If you want to take your telephone number with you (porting), inform your new provider in good time.
- After the cancellation, there will be no further costs.
