Why do I have to provide identification?

As a provider of telecommunications services, we are subject to the regulations of the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM), which requires us to request identification documents for the registration of your SIM card.

To register, you can upload a Swiss passport or ID card (front and back), as well as a foreigner's identity card or residence permit. 

Unfortunately, we are not permitted to accept driver's licenses or other documents.

Your documents will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.
