How can I book a data roaming package?

If you want to surf abroad with your Teleboy Mobile subscription, you need a data roaming package.
Here you can find out how to book a package and what you need to know.

Important: These are Internet-only packages. Calls and SMS are not included in roaming and are billed separately according to the tariff. You can find an overview of the roaming zones here:

Which roaming charges can apply?

What roaming rules apply to the different subscriptions?

International Subscription

With the Teleboy Mobile International subscription, you have 5 GB of roaming data already included.
These 5 GB are split into 5 packages of 1 GB each.
As soon as one 1-GB package is used up, a new package is automatically activated – without you having to do anything.
This way, you can continue surfing without interruption until the 5 GB are used up.

Eco and Swiss Subscriptions

If you have a Teleboy Mobile Eco or Swiss subscription, you must manually book data roaming packages.
Only one package can be active at a time.
Only after your current package has been fully used up can you order a new package.
It is not possible to purchase multiple packages at the same time.

Current prices for data roaming packages

  • Data package EU/USA (1 GB, valid for 1 year): CHF 10.-

  • Data package Zone 2 (100 MB, valid for 1 year): CHF 16.-

  • Data package Zone 3 (100 MB, valid for 1 year): CHF 78.-
