Call detail record – what is it and where can I find it?

The call detail record provides you with a detailed overview of all calls made with your Teleboy landline subscription – including:

• Date and time of the call
• Destination number
• Duration of the call
• Cost per call

This is especially useful if you want to check where charges from premium-rate numbers or paid services come from.

Where can I find the call detail record?

You can easily view it online or download it as a PDF:

1. Log in to the customer center: https://my.teleboy.ch/service/fixnet
2. Go to “My subscriptions” → “Landline”
3. Click on the “Call detail record” tab
4. You will now see the list of your calls – including totals and overall costs.
5. By clicking the Download icon, you can save the record as a PDF.

Note: The call detail record is created monthly and stays available in the customer center. You can switch months to view older records.
