Why can't I see a FullHD (1080p) stream?
We at Teleboy also want to contribute our part and are making our TV apps more resource-efficient and thus more climate-friendly. For this reason, our TV apps now have an eco mode that customers were automatically switched to. The setting can be deactivated at any time and applies to all devices.
The easiest way to stream in a more climate-friendly way is to reduce the picture quality. This is exactly what the Eco Mode at Teleboy does: The bandwidth of the streams is throttled to an economical HD quality. This causes about 39% less data exchange with still excellent and smooth streaming quality. So you can stream in a more eco-friendly way while still enjoying a premium TV experience.

You'd rather stream in FullHD 1080p again? Then go to https://tv.teleboy.ch/en/settings and deactivate Eco Mode. The setting is immediately active and the next stream will be played in FullHD 1080p again.
The setting can be found in the settings for all devices.
