How do I cancel my Teleboy TV subscription?
Want to end your subscription? You can do this at any time directly in your user account.
Quick answer: Log in at my.teleboy.ch/service/tv → «Cancel» tab → confirm.
ℹ Note
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid term. Your recordings remain available until subscription expiry, then deleted after 10 days.
How to proceed
1Log in
Log in at my.teleboy.ch.
2Go to «My subscriptions»
Navigate to My account → Subscriptions or go directly to my.teleboy.ch/service/tv.
3Cancel the subscription
Click «Cancel». You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
4Subscription purchased via Apple iTunes?
If you purchased via iTunes, you must also cancel via iTunes. Guide: Apple Support page.
