What forms of replay advertising are there?

The following advertising formats will be introduced on the affected channels:


  1. Start-Ad (Video):

  • Trigger: Start of replay use or jump back to the beginning of a programme on live TV. Very short commercial with a length of 5 to 7 seconds that cannot be skipped.

  1. Pause Ad (Image):

  • Trigger: Pressing the pause buttons in live or replay TV or in recordings. Static image for the entire length of the pause.

  1. Fast-Forward-Ad (Video)

  • Trigger: Pressing the rewind function at the beginning or within a linear commercial break (marker in the signal). Commercial break that cannot be skipped.
