If you have purchased a new subscription - i.e. you have not been a customer of ours before or in the meantime - just open the app on your iPhone, iPad or AppleTV. Under "More" → "My subscription" or "To the shop" the purchase can be restored.


If you were already a customer and your subscription - despite payment - was not renewed, please contact our support and send a receipt. We will then activate the subscription for you afterwards.
