The Wingo invoices are sent to you directly by Wingo. When ordering, you can choose whether you want to receive them by e-mail or by post (CHF 3.- per invoice).

You can change the billing mode at any time in my Wingo under "My bills". In my Wingo you will also find an overview of all your bills.

You can also find the bank details for paying your Wingo bills in your my Wingo account under "My bills".

You can pay your bills using the following payment methods: 

  • LSV+ from your bank
  • DebitDirect (DD) from the post office
  • Bank or postal transfer

Choose the payment method you prefer in my Wingo under the "My Bills" section.

Remember that the LSV+ form must be sent directly to your bank. The DebitDirect form, on the other hand, must be sent to Wingo, Contact Center, 3050 Bern. The electronic payment method e-bill (or e-Bill) is not yet available at Wingo. 

If you ever overpay, the difference will be credited to your next bill. However, Wingo cannot pay out this amount.
