My screen froze. How can I solve this issue?

This error can occur when you swipe on the remote while the Apple TV box is waking up after it was in sleep mode. Unfortunately this error is caused by the operating system of the Apple TV box, so we cannot solve the issue.

To prevent the error from happening, please do not swipe on the touch surface of the remote while the Apple TV box is waking up.

If you do encounter this error, you have to close the Teleboy App by pressing the Screen button on your remote twice and swiping the Teleboy App up to close it. You can then restart the Teleboy app and it will work normally again.
