What can I do when I get an error message that says I am not in Switzerland?

Apparently your IP address is not registered in Switzerland. If you are not in Switzerland or Liechtenstein you cannot use Teleboy, because of our licence agreements. If you are in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, it can have different reasons:

 
  • If you use a VPN or another app, that redirects your IP address or shrinks data, try disabling it to solve the issue.

  • Your provider has not registered the IP in Switzerland yet. Please contact your provider for further information.

 

If you still get the error message after following the advice given above, please send us an email with your IP address. To find it out please click here.
