What can I do when the screen remains black or I receive an error message?

  • When using the browser version, try to clear the cache and delete the cookies. Try to re-login to your account or try a different browser.

  • Maybe an AdBlocker or another plugin blocks the signal. Please note that some antivirus programmes include an AdBlocker. Try to deactivate your plugins and reload the page.

  • Make sure to disable any VPN

  • Check if your firewall blocks the stream and search for firmware updates on your router. Try restarting your router as well.

  • Try using mobile data on your phone or tablet to start a stream. If it works, your router or provider probably blocks the signal. In this case you should run a traceroute and send us the results and your IP address in an email.
